  3. because everyone seems to know about it.
  4. And we asked for it to be chained from a 4-hour session to two 2-hour slots
  5. to make it easier for nurses to be released from their wards,
  6. but apparently that wasn't possible because it has to be done a certain way.
  7. Yeah, I'm not convinced that was the problem anyway.
  8. I think once staff become aware of what it's aiming to do, and how it fits together with other initiatives, there might be more interest.
  9. Yeah... there certainly is a need even if the staff themselves don't actually realise it at present.
