2. Authorities in Turkey say they found a baby rhesus
3. during a routine screening at a bus terminal.
4. They say the parcel was abandoned,
5. so agents put it through an X-ray scan.
6. Motion was detected, so they decided to open up the package.
7. They found this little guy had been confined to a wooden crate with air holes cut out.
8. Knowing that's no way to transport an animal, it was confiscated by wildlife officials and taken to an animal park.
9. It was given a full checkup to make sure it wasn't hurt in any way.
10. The monkey was then given much nicer accommodations.
11. Reports say a man did show up to claim the package,
12. but instead, he was reported to authorities for possession of a prohibited animal species.
