  10. It seems like a lot of people don't have a grasp on the new system,
  11. so we need to make sure our new employees are being taught to use it the correct way.
  12. Yeah, I have noticed a lot of people are struggling.
  13. I was one of the first people who started using the new system,
  14. so I'm happy to share what I know.
