  2. I want to begin by going over the outcomes of the customer survey we conducted in April.
  3. As you know, last year, we launched our new microwave, the Micro2000.
  4. The features for this microwave were unparalleled,
  5. as it has super defrost, low noise and eco-friendly.
  6. Based on the feedback we got,
  7. the feature consumers love most is that it can be set up within ten minutes.
  8. Unfortunately, it also has a very high failure rate.
  9. This is because people often miss a step of setting the microwave up,
  10. so it malfunctions.
  11. Next month, we will launch the Micro3000, and will make it even better!
  12. Together, we can make our product even better, and fix our failures.
