  3. and we would like to offer you a permanent position.

  7. and I am glad it has not gone unnoticed.
  8. Well, we definitely have some feedback for you,
  9. but overall we are very pleased with your work.
  10. Your manager, Dave, sang the praise of your last acquisition
  11. and said you had a great rapport with the clients.
  12. I'm glad to hear that.
  13. Do I need to do anything, or what are the next steps?
  14. The first step is to sign the paperwork, which we can hopefully do today.
  15. Then, at our Friday meeting,
  16. Dave will make an announcement, and formally welcome you to the team.
  17. Starting on Monday you will complete two days of online training,
  18. mandatory for anyone joining the company.
  19. Will I need to prepare anything for the training?
  20. Yeah, we ask you to have a copy of your resume and job duties on hand,
  21. as we will require some essay work
  22. and feedback has proven this to be helpful.
