3. We recently passed out a customer satisfaction survey to our customers,
4. because, as you know, at Cinema World, customers are our top priority.
5. We have gotten a lot of insight based on the results of the survey,
6. so let's jump right in.
7. As you can see, movie-goers want lower ticket prices,
8. but due to film distributor's, we are under a price-locked contract.
9. We can, however, work on the second most common feedback.
10. Let's start working on that as soon as possible.
