  2. Last week, all employees completed a feedback survey, and with the results,
  3. we found that you'd prefer to stay an hour later on Thursdays,
  4. so you can leave an hour earlier on Fridays.
  5. Now, Friday's morning meeting will take place on Thursday, at 5 o'clock.
  6. You will have to stay later, but the consensus was that it will not be a problem.
  7. And the bright side is that you will be able to leave the office one hour earlier on Fridays, so at 4 o'clock.
  8. This policy change will enable us to manage a better work-life balance.
  9. Be aware, these new working hours will take place starting the first week of October.
