5. Unfortunately, I am so busy and have had to hurry my posts lately,
6. so I haven't been able to spend much time looking up the background information I need for each article.
7. Do you think we have been assigning you too many posts?
8. I think that is it.
9. Since the recent redundancies, my workload has nearly tripled.
10. I am sorry, I know that must be hard.
11. My workload has grown as well.
12. Would it be helpful to give you a longer deadline for the posts?
13. I guess, but that is a short-term solution.
14. It is going to be impossible to sustain the number of posts if we don't have a full staff.

17. and we can start working towards a plan that is sustainable for all the staff.
