5. Well, I think part of the problem was that last year Dr Igwe and Nurse Fletcher were both away.
6. Dr Igwe went to Costa Rica and Nurse Fletcher had the flu.
7. Right, I remember, well...
8. We can't do much to prevent staff illness.
9. No, but we can ask people to avoid booking time off in those first three weeks.
