2. I just got out of a meeting with our tech support lead about the feedback on our new smartphone, the Galaxy Note X.
3. Honestly, I didn't expect this.
4. It's our most advanced phone yet,
5. but users are saying the battery doesn't last as long as they'd like
6. and the interface feels too cluttered.
7. We might not be able to tackle the battery issue right away,
8. but I think we can definitely streamline the interface with some updates.
