2. Last month, we purchased an intranet package from your company,
3. which was supposed to improve the organization of our sales teams,
4. as well as provide a seamless communication platform.
5. Unfortunately, one week after you installed the platform on our laptops,
6. the whole function has been slowed down tremendously.
7. Everything, from the intranet package to even checking an email takes at least one minute to load.
8. This is unacceptable and we need a technician to fix this problem as soon as possible,
9. or we would like it removed and a full refund.
