4. Not only will it be a bigger space, but we all know how famous the Applegate Center is.
5. We are a boutique marketing agency, and the new location will help us land important clients.
6. Though we will be paying a higher rent, we think the benefits will outweigh this cost.
7. Another benefit of the move is that the train station is right out the front door,
8. so hopefully your commute times will go down.
