6. Let me quickly outline your roles.
7. You'll be instrumental in organizing events,
8. which involves assisting with the planning and execution of community gatherings and activities.
9. These events are designed to engage and benefit our members both socially and physically.
10. Now, I have your weekly schedules here and I'll distribute them in a moment.
