7. Before you proceed to your designated stations,
8. I want to inform you about a last-minute change in the venue.
9. We had planned to host wellness workshops in hall B,
10. but due to an unexpected increase in participation,
11. we've moved them to the main auditorium.
12. This was initially allocated for the mental health seminars.
